Coaching is done by phone, which means there are no geographical limits to my clientele!
The frequency of coaching is up to the client, their goals, and their schedule.
Initially, coaching weekly can provide exceptional momentum as clients are introduced to the coaching process.
Many times, clients will opt for a 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule.
Coaching may transition to various frequencies as desired by the client (every other week, once a month, periodic).
Coaching packages start at only $99 !!
We can customize a coaching package to best meet your needs.
